Hyangjeoksegye
Hyangjeok Segye is Korea’s first specialized educational institute dedicated to temple cuisine, offering structured training that combines traditional cooking methods with the philosophy behind Buddhist temple food. Operated by the Korean Buddhist Cultural Corps of the Jogye Order, the institute provides beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses that explore natural seasonings, fermented foods, and seasonal ingredients rooted in centuries-old temple traditions. With interiors inspired by traditional temples and a real-time culinary demonstration system, Hyangjeok Segye offers an ideal learning environment led by the nation’s foremost temple cuisine masters.
