- ■ Program Format · After the monastic instructor’s demonstration, participants cook in groups of four. (To join someone who registered separately, please leave a note.) ■ Program Time · Cooking, packing, and cleanup must be completed within the scheduled time. · Please arrive 10 minutes early. ■ Prepared Food · Prepared food must be taken home in personal containers. · Please bring one container for each dish. ■ Photography · Video recording is not permitted to protect course content and privacy. · Photos are allowed if other participants are not included. ■ Location and Transportation · 2F, Anguk Building, 39 Yulgok-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul (Anguk Station, Exit 1) · Please use public transportation. Drivers should use a nearby public parking facility. ■ International Programs · English interpretation is provided for designated programs.
- What to Bring
- 1. Two dishcloths per person 2. One bag for carrying used wet dishcloths 3. Personal containers for taking home the prepared food · Please bring one 600 ml container for each dish. 4. A pen for taking notes ※ Disposable items are not provided in consideration of the environment. ※ Aprons and copies of the *Ogwangye* (Five Reflections) are provided on-site.
