Stir-fried Green Chili

Ingredients

· 15 Green Chilies

· 5 Shiitake Mushrooms

· Cooking Oil

· Perilla Oil

· 2T Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce

· 2T Grain Syrup

· 1T Sesame Seed

Directions

Wash the green chilies. Cut larger chilies into half. Leave smaller chilies as are.

Cut the mushrooms into proper pieces.

Stir-fry the prepared chilies in Cooking Oil+Perilla Oil, reduce heat and put the lid on the pan to cook, remove the lid, add the prepared mushrooms and cook.

When properly cooked, add to the mixture the Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce and Grain Syrup and mix. Top the sesame seeds to serve.
