Potato-based Steamed Cake

Ingredients

· 5 Potatoes

· 100g Peas

· 100g Kidney Beans

· 5 Chestnuts

· A pinch of salt

Directions

Wash the potatoes, grate and sieve to collect the starch

Add a pinch of salt, peas, beans and chestnuts to the starch and make a batter.

Hand-pull the batter into proper pieces, place on a layer of cloth in the steamer and steam.

Wait until cooked and cool off a bit before serving.
