Bean Paste Soup with Green Pumpkin

Ingredients

· ½ Green Pumpkin

· 3 Green Chilies

· 1T Shiitake Mushroom Powder

· 1 Ready-cut Kelp

· 2T Bean Paste

· 1T Red Chili Powder

Directions

Chop the green chili. Scoop the green pumpkin into pieces.

Add the bean paste and shiitake mushroom powder to the prepared green chili chops and green pumpkin pieces.

Meanwhile, prepare the kelp stock.

Add the bean paste to the prepared green chili chops and green pumpkin pieces.
Add the kelp stock to the mixture and bring to a boil until the pumpkin pieces are cooked.

Add to the red chili powder to the soup to your taste.
