Snack Rice Ball

Ingredients

· 150g Fermented Chilies

· 90g Fermented Sesame Leaves

· 3 Bowls of Cooked Rice

· 1t (Roasted) Salt

· 2T Sesame Seeds

· 1T Sesame Seed Oil

[Seasoning based on Fermented Chilies]

· 2T Perilla Oil

· 1T Sesame Seed Oil

· 2T Sesame Seeds

Directions

Soak the fermented chilies in water to remove salt. Mince the prepared chilies and stir-fry with sesame seed oil and perilla oil.

Add the stir-fried chilies to the rice, salt, sesame seeds and sesame seed oil and mix. Make rice balls using the mixture.

Wrap the rice ball with a fermented sesame leaf.
* Fermented Chilies / sesame leaves means the chilies / sesame leaves fermented in salted water for at least a year.
